Cardigans are lively, active and intelligent little dogs with a steady temperament. Docile, not aggressive but never timorous. This robust breed has an above-average life expectancy: even 15 year olds still have the flame of their youth intact. Proportionate to the size of the dog, the body ends in a tail reminiscent of a fox’s brush, extending from the topline.
